Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• 4+ years of Revit experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of design professionals from concept through construction.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, standards, and resource allocation.
• Support Project Designers in quality review of design deliverables.
• Communicate new processes and design standards to the team.
• Review space plans and concepts for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and millwork per client needs.
• Provide ongoing training on space planning, program management and FF&E services.
• Develop client workplace standards and look for ongoing improvements.
• Contribute knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, acoustics, and ergonomics.
• Work independently or with minor oversight on all design phases.
• Oversee third-party relationships with architects, engineers, etc.
• Provide rapid FF&E vendor knowledge to the team.
