Job summary

Post Brothers is seeking an experienced Interior Construction Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA. You will oversee construction from rough-ins through final delivery, maintaining quality, safety, and schedule discipline across trades.

Responsibilities include inspections, punch lists, procurement, and coordinating with asset teams to deliver turnkey spaces for residents and clients. A strong focus on cost control and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality or large-scale renovations.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishes.
• OSHA 30 Certification and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities from rough-ins to final delivery.
• Drive schedule discipline and occupancy readiness across trades.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and final walkthroughs.
• Oversee subcontractor means, methods, and documentation.
• Review pay applications, invoices, and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement and material deliveries with site teams.
