Job summary

Atlantic Group in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for multifamily construction, renovations, and interior fit-out projects across the market. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control, and adherence to plans and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong background with General Contractors and on-site leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage occupied/phased construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for multifamily and interior construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities from mobilization to final completion.
• Develop short-term and three-week look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate daily activities among subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners daily.
• Track progress against schedule and identify critical-path activities.
