Job summary

Post Brothers is seeking an Interior Construction Project Manager in Philadelphia to oversee all construction activities within apartment units and amenities from rough-ins through final delivery.

You will lead quality, safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors, inspectors, and property teams to ensure on-time occupancy and high craftsmanship. The role requires at least 5 years in construction management and OSHA 30 certification, with a focus on multifamily/interiors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial interiors, or large-scale renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, architectural finishes, and MEP systems.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all construction activities within apartment units and amenities from rough-ins to final delivery.
• Maintain quality and ensure compliance with plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead inspections, punch lists, and turnover to occupancy readiness.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, asset and property management teams.
