Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Lead Intensive Case Manager in Harrisburg, PA to mentor a team of Intensive Case Managers and oversee case notes and approvals. You will support adults with mental illness in obtaining medical, social, educational, and community services as part of a person-directed, inclusion-oriented approach.

The role requires advanced education in social work or related fields, with substantial direct care experience in mental health and supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, or education with 3+ years of direct mental health care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3+ years of direct mental health care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or education; or RN; plus 5 years direct mental health experience with 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other Intensive Case Managers on the team.
• Assist in case note reviews and approvals.
• Help adults with mental illness gain access to medical, social, educational, and other services.
