Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Austell, GA seeks an Intensive Case Management Team Lead to direct the daily operations of the ICM team serving adults with severe mental illness. The role includes clinical oversight, treatment planning, and ensuring fidelity to standards.

You will supervise a team of 10 case managers, conduct weekly meetings, and collaborate with clinic teams and external partners to maintain high-quality, recovery-focused services.

Qualifications

• Georgia professional license: LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Associate licensed or licensed eligible can be considered with experience.
• 3–5 years of experience working with SPMI, substance abuse and dual diagnosis.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs daily operations of the ICM Team (10 members).
• Leads mandatory weekly team meetings to support individuals’ needs.
• Plans goals aligned with accreditation standards and daily operations.
• Participates in clinic treatment team meetings weekly.
• Ensures compliance with fidelity, accreditation standards and regulatory requirements to maintain quality care.
• Oversees monthly reports to Highland Rivers and external offices.
• Provides clinical oversight for operations and on-call staff as needed.
• Recruits, hires and trains new team members.
• Supports staff in achieving productivity targets under Pay for Performance.
