Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar technical PM role.
Solid understanding of software integrations, APIs, and data exchange protocols.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple integration projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Operations projects, on time and within scope.
Serve as primary client contact during implementation, providing updates.
Leverage API and integration expertise to ensure seamless integration.
Gather integration requirements with clients and internal teams.
Allocate resources and coordinate with developers and vendors.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Perform testing and validation of integrated systems.
Create documentation for integration processes and configurations.
Continuously improve integration processes and tooling.
