Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant engineering field with substantial related experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Earned Value Management and variance reporting.
• Minimum 1 year experience leading integration and test activities for military avionics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of integration and test operations across programs.
• Develop enterprise-wide test strategies, plans, verification approaches, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate test readiness, integration sequences, and test campaigns; manage configuration and safety standards.
