L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking a seasoned Scientist, Integration and Test Engineer to lead test operations for Airborne Imaging EO/IR programs. You will manage a cross‑functional team, develop test strategies, and implement fault detection and isolation tests across multiple programs.

The role requires leadership in integration/test planning, a strong electrical engineering foundation, and hands‑on software development with LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, and Rust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in electrical/optical/computer engineering or related field with extensive experience.
• Experience leading integration and test activities for EO/IT technologies.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Earned Value Management and variance reporting.
• Ability to obtain US Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of integration and test operations across programs.
• Develop enterprise‑wide test strategies, plans, and verification approaches.
• Support technical proposals including Basis of Estimate development.
• Serve as primary test operations interface to leadership and customers.
• Track performance, risks, resources, and milestones; communicate mitigations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the Integration and Test Engineering team.
• Coordinate test readiness, sequences, and campaigns with configuration management.
• Develop test requirements, procedures, and test cases for electrical/electronic systems.
• Translate system requirements into actionable integration/test strategies.
• Possess capability to obtain a US Secret clearance.
