Job summary

Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Lead Consultant to drive the transition of vendor-developed integration work for an Annuities Transformation Program.

You will partner with the Head of Digital Services and vendor teams, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and internal ownership of APIs, REST services, and source code. The role requires deep API design skills within Life and Annuities contexts, strong documentation, and the ability to coordinate across multiple vendors

Qualifications

• Expert-level hands-on API development experience with LifePRO platform.
• Proven integration experience with Pega, including Agent Portal and Member Portal integrations for Life and Annuities products.
• Experience reviewing, documenting, and transitioning vendor-developed integration work into a client or internal organization.
• Strong knowledge of REST/API design, development, and integration patterns in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with vendors to review integration work products across architecture, code, and configuration.
• Develop and execute a framework for transitioning integration work to client ownership, including artifacts and APIs.
• Assess completeness, quality, and documentation of existing integrations against standards.
• Identify gaps and define remediation plans for vendor-delivered work.
• Serve as the technical point of contact between Digital Services and vendor teams.
• Document integration architecture, data flows, and inventories to support long-term ownership.
• Provide recommendations on integration patterns, standards, and governance.

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead Consultant to support a Annuities Transformation Program. This role will partner directly with the Head of Digital Services and work across the program's key technology vendors to review all integration work product developed to date and to build the framework required to transition that work into client’s internal ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project vendors to review all integration work product developed for the Annuities Transformation Program, including architecture, code, and configuration.
• Develop and execute a framework for transitioning integration work product from vendors to client, including knowledge transfer sessions, collection of key artifacts, source code, developed APIs, and REST services.
• Assess the completeness, quality, and documentation of existing integrations against technical and compliance standards.
• Identify gaps in vendor-delivered integration work and define remediation or completion plans.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between Digital Services organization and vendor integration teams.
• Document integration architecture, data flows, and API/service inventories to support long‑term internal ownership and maintainability.
• Provide recommendations on integration patterns, standards, and governance to support future development.

Required Qualifications

• Expert‑level, hands‑on API development experience with EXL's LifePRO platform.
• Proven integration experience with Pega, including Agent Portal and Member Portal integrations, for Life and Annuities products.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, documenting, and transitioning vendor‑developed integration work product (source code, APIs, REST services) into a client or internal organization.
• Strong working knowledge of REST/API design, development, and integration patterns within an insurance or financial services technology environment.
• Experience working directly with systems integrators and platform vendors in a multi‑vendor program environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to lead knowledge‑transfer sessions across vendor and internal technical teams.
• Background in Life and Annuities insurance systems and processes.
