Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an Integration Lead Architect to drive end-to-end integration across APIs, middleware, data flows, and orchestration for Life and Annuities ecosystems.

You will design strategy, mentor teams, collaborate with business and tech stakeholders, and ensure scalability, security, and observability across on-premise and cloud environments using MuleSoft, Kafka, API Gateway, and AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise integration architecture and large-scale system integration.
• Experience leading architecture and engineering teams in complex environments.
• Proven expertise with REST APIs, asynchronous integrations, data pipelines and cloud/on-premise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, data flows, and service orchestration.
• Develop integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor integration teams with best practices and frameworks.
• Act as liaison between business, development teams and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations align with product capabilities.
• Engage with potential clients and propose tailored integration solutions.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure scalability and performance.
• Provide development oversight to ensure client needs are met.
• Identify risks related to integration dependencies and data flow.
• Assist in deployment activities and monitor integration performance.
• Stay updated with trends in integration technologies and propose enhancements.
• Provide status reports to leadership on integration initiatives.
