Job summary

Koala Insulation of Gateway West and Metro East IL is seeking an experienced field foreman to lead insulation projects with quality and efficiency. You will train crew, perform removals and installs in attics and crawlspaces, manage client communications, and ensure safety and site cleanliness while delivering high-quality results.

This full-time, in-person role offers pay of $22-$25 per hour along with benefits such as paid time off and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction experience required.
• Prior insulation or field leading experience preferred.
• Must lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work in high temperatures and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and train new employees.
