Job summary

Koala Insulation of Madison is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to lead a team in insulation services, coaching junior installers and ensuring high quality and efficiency on every project.

You will oversee field operations, maintain equipment, and communicate with customers while upholding safety standards and company policies. Prior insulation experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Crew Lead experience preferred.
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field.
• Prior insulation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety: enforce jobsite safety and ensure proper rig operation.
• Operations: read specs, manage supplies, supervise insulation install.
• Technical: maintain and diagnose equipment issues.
• Customer Service: communicate professionally with customers and collect paperwork.
• Other: drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and safety.
