Job summary

Carolina Energy Conservation in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Foreman / Crew Lead to guide a 3-person crew on attic and insulation jobs. You will lead, coordinate, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining safety and quality.

The role offers a salary starting at $60,000 - $90,000 per year with incentive opportunities, including upsells and volume bonuses. Travel up to 2-4 hours may be required, plus a 70/30 bonus split for eligible earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Experience in construction management or leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 2-4 hours away to jobs.
• A valid driver's license.
• A working cell phone.
• Customer service skills.
• Able to sell and upsell projects to customers.
• Able to manage up to 3 people on a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a 3-person crew on attic and insulation jobs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and maintain safety and quality.
• Communicate with customers and oversee job production at multiple sites.
