Job summary

Carolina Energy Conservation of Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Foreman / Crew Lead who can manage a three-person crew on attic and insulation projects. You will lead, plan, and coordinate jobs to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You bring 2+ years of construction experience and leadership ability, are willing to travel up to 2-4 hours, and can upsell services while maintaining excellent customer service. Competitive salary with incentive opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Experience in construction management or leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 2–4 hours away to jobs.
• A valid driver's license.
• A working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a 3-person crew on attic and insulation projects.
• Oversee job production at multiple sites and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Potentially upsell services and maintain high customer service standards.
• Represent the company professionally and manage deadlines and budgets.
