Process Controls & Instrumentation, based in Detroit, is seeking a seasoned instrumentation professional to lead field activities and oversee maintenance and calibration of complex control systems. You will coordinate project work, prepare reports, and ensure system availability across multiple sites.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and telemetry, plus ISA certification.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Familiar with basic electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• ISA certification (I/II/III) is preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, radio networks and UPS.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs, and guides staff activities.
• Support project maintenance and construction.
• Prepare and review instrument calibration and maintenance reports.
• Prepare work orders and verify completion of maintenance work.
• Dispatch field crews to remote systems during operational issues.
• Provide quotations on instrumentation and control systems for bids.
• Assist with project design and process control strategy reviews.
• Respond to emergencies and support customers.
• Adjust control parameters for major maintenance and construction.
