Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years’ experience in instructional design or related field.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, AI-enabled development tools, and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience leading complex instructional design projects with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for complex learning initiatives from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into organizational improvements.
• Research and apply best practices in instructional design, AI-enabled learning, and project management.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives with governance, risk, and resource management.
• Measure learner outcomes and business impact; advise on gap-filling strategies.
• Present recommendations and business reviews to executives.
• Mentor instructional design team members and pilot AI-enabled workflows.
• Evaluate external vendors to tailor materials for CDW needs.
