Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Los Angeles seeks an Instructional Designer, Aesthetics Education to design and optimize learning experiences across SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science for healthcare professionals and aesthetic practitioners.

You will translate clinical and product information into engaging curricula, build structured pathways, create assets, and collaborate with education leaders to ensure accurate, brand-aligned educational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field; esthetician license a plus.
• 4+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design, ideally in medical/esthetics settings.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and curriculum architecture.
• Experience designing structured learning pathways and professional development programs.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize learning experiences across SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science.
• Create structured curricula, learning pathways, and educational frameworks for HCPs and aesthetic practitioners.
• Develop assets: training guides, protocols, slides, summaries, and leave-behinds.
• Collaborate with education leaders to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and effective evaluation.
