The role focuses on adult learning principles, curriculum architecture, and educational program design to enable healthcare professionals and aesthetic practitioners with engaging development pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in ID, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience with medical devices, pharma, aesthetics, or professional training environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and curriculum architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize learning experiences for SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science.
• Develop integrated education content strategy for both brands.
• Create educational assets: guides, training paths, summaries, treatment protocols.
• Coordinate editorial calendar across product training and clinical education.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and audits.
