Job summary

L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty is hiring an Instructional Designer, Aesthetics Education to design and optimize learning for SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science. You will translate clinical and product information into engaging, structured learning journeys for clinicians, aestheticians, and medical professionals.

You will lead curriculum architecture, develop enduring educational frameworks, and measure program effectiveness while collaborating with education leaders and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field; esthetician license a plus
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design
• Deep understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and curriculum architecture
• Experience designing structured learning pathways and professional development programs
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Dual-Brand Education Strategy & Curriculum Architecture: develop integrated education content strategy for two brands.
• Content Creation & Production: build educational assets and tools across brands.
• Performance Measurement & Evaluation: define KPIs and audit content for accuracy and freshness.
