Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Equivalent experience; in lieu of degree considered.
• 7+ years in instructional design with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Ability to pass a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI).
• Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate); LMS platforms, and multimedia tools.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and assessment strategies.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HR technology solutions and platforms that support employee engagement and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of learning programs from concept to delivery.
• Manage one or more workstreams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead internal training team and coordinate resources and plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality standards.
• Translate business needs into effective learning strategies and measure impact.
