Acentra Health is hiring an Instructional Design & Training Specialist in the United States, remote within the U.S. You will lead the internal training team, oversee content development, and ensure scalable learning experiences aligned with organizational goals.

You will write and edit end-user training content, create job aids, and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams, under HIPAA-compliant governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• 7+ years in instructional design with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Ability to pass a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI).
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of learning programs from concept to delivery.
• Manage one or more workstreams and timelines.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Guide day-to-day activities of internal training team members.
• Maintain course materials for role-based education.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM instructional design methods.
• Review and approve learning materials (eLearning, ILT, job aids).
• Support E-Learning course development and new hire education.
• Ensure accessible, measurable learning solutions.
