Qualifications

• High School/GED.
• 2-3 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic construction related math skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors in a residential and residential-style commercial environment.
• Complete jobs onsite to Pella installation guidelines and customer satisfaction.
• Manage an install crew onsite to ensure all codes, safety requirements, and quality concerns are met.
• Manage time and materials to stay on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customer to keep everyone on the same page.
