Job summary

Window World of Buffalo is hiring one full-time W-2 Lead Installer who will set the standard for our installation department. You’ll deliver top-quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service while safely removing old windows and doors and installing new Window World products to exact company standards.

You’ll pick up pre-staged materials from our warehouse, transport them to each job, complete the installation, return debris to the shop, and secure the customer’s completion certificate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to remove and install windows and doors.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Persistence and solid problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Take pride in craftsmanship and finished work.

Responsibilities

• Lead install team and assist in hiring 1–2 additional crew members.
• Arrive on-site to pick up pre-sold products and transport to the customer.
• Remove and dispose of old windows/doors at the Window World location.
• Troubleshoot field issues to avoid rescheduling.
• Complete installation with finishing trims, insulation, and caulk.
• Collect final payment, survey, and completion certificate from customers.
• Deliver top-notch customer service.
