Zusammenfassung

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Production Process Supervisor to lead compactor installation projects, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure safe, efficient execution. You will guide installation teams, manage equipment, and uphold safety standards across DOT, OSHA, and EPA guidelines.

The role requires 2 years in fabrication/maintenance management, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP/HRIS. Ohio-based with potential for travel; competitive benefits and pay.

• This role requires strong leadership and the ability to supervise and develop employees.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and with customers.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, EPA) and compliance.
• Proficiency with Windows and common business software; familiarity with SAP and HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple installation projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret installation specs, drawings, and technical docs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making to drive modifications when needed.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and execute installation activities per specs, deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to installation teams, including scheduling and performance management.
• Manage equipment, tools, and safety gear; ensure DOT/ANSI/OSHA compliance.
• Review service tickets for accurate parts usage, labor, and costs; address discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly and annual inspections of installation equipment and vehicles.
• Monitor work quality, safety, cleanliness, branding, and productivity.
• Coordinate project changes and document updates in the install process.
• Support final inspections and ensure customer expectations are met before completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
