Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Production Process Supervisor to oversee compactor installations, from planning and team assignment to final inspection, ensuring safe, efficient, accurate work that exceeds customer expectations.

You will lead 11–20 installation staff, allocate tasks, monitor safety and quality, maintain equipment inventory, review service tickets for parts and labor, and coordinate project changes while adhering to DOT, ANSI, OSHA, EPA standards.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in fabrication/maintenance management
Waste industry experience preferred
Familiarity with industrial, fabrication, hydraulic, and electrical work
Strong knowledge of compactor installation processes, equipment, tools, and related mechanical or hydraulic systems
Formal OSHA training preferred

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute installation activities with quality and on-time deadlines
Provide day-to-day leadership and support to installation teams
Manage new and used installation equipment and inventory with office coordination
Ensure safety equipment and procedures meet DOT, ANSI, OSHA standards
Review service tickets to verify parts usage, labor allocation, and costs
Conduct monthly and annual inspections of equipment and tools
Monitor installation practices for quality, safety, and branding standards
Coordinate project changes and communicate updates effectively
Support final inspection and completion to meet company standards
Perform other duties as assigned
