Job summary

Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Production Process Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient installation of compactors. You will plan, assign, and oversee activities to meet specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on mechanical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across locations while maintaining safety and compliance with DOT/OSHA/EPA regulations. Travel and flexible hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fabrication/maintenance management experience.
• Waste industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial, fabrication, hydraulic, and electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of compactor installation processes, equipment, tools, and related mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Formal OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute installation activities per specs and deadlines.
• Lead installation associates with scheduling, performance, and accountability.
• Manage equipment and safety compliance for installation work.
• Review tickets for parts usage, labor, and costs; correct discrepancies.
• Oversee monthly/annual inspections of equipment and tools.
• Ensure quality, productivity, safety, and branding standards.
