Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Production Process Supervisor to lead compactor installation projects from planning through final inspection. You will supervise installation staff, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with management to meet deadlines and cost targets.

The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of fabrication/hydraulic systems, and adherence to DOT/OSHA standards. Travel and flexible hours may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fabrication/maintenance management experience.
• Waste industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial fabrication, hydraulic, and electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of compactor installation processes and related systems.
• Formal OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute installation activities per specs, deadlines.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and manage installation teams.
• Manage installation equipment and inventory with Office Manager and Coordinators.
• Ensure safety equipment and tools meet DOT/OSHA standards.
• Review service tickets for accurate parts usage and costing.
• Conduct periodic inspections of installation assets and related equipment.
• Coordinate project changes and communicate updates effectively.
• Oversee final inspection to meet company standards and customer expectations.
