Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Community Planner to lead installation planning initiatives at Eglin AFB, ensuring optimal land use, facility-space planning, and infrastructure development to support Air Force mission requirements.

The role requires a Secret security clearance, a Master’s degree in a related field (or substantial equivalent experience), and a proven ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams on defense projects. Onsite at Florida’s Eglin facility.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Secret security clearance required.
Master's degree in a related field with extensive experience or a Bachelor's with substantial experience (substituting 8 years for a Master's).
12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, review, and update of installation development plans and area development plans.
Analyze land use, environmental impact, and infrastructure requirements to support mission execution.
Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and operations teams to align planning initiatives with goals.
Prepare and present high-level reports and recommendations to leadership.
