Heartland Home Services, Inc. seeks a lead HVAC install technician for Rochester, NY, with 3+ years of residential install experience. This full-time role focuses on leading installations, ensuring code-compliant work, and maintaining orderly job sites.

You will mentor apprentices, communicate professionally with homeowners, and help sustain our growing, stable team with clear expectations and strong field leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC install experience (residential).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead install teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system replacements (furnaces, AC, boilers, IAQ, duct work).
• Ensure clean, organized, code‑compliant installations.
