HELP is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead Technician to run residential change-outs, lead a crew, and deliver high-quality installations with minimal supervision. The role offers year-round residential install work, modern equipment, strong support, and a benefits package.

The position emphasizes leadership of apprentices, safety, and excellent customer service as you install and commission systems across customer homes in the Cincinnati area.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2+ years as a lead in Residential HVAC installation.
• EPA 2 Certification required; Universal preferred; NATE is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in HVAC ductwork design and installation.

• Install heating and air conditioning equipment per company requirements and manufacturer specs.
• Provide project leadership with less experienced HVAC install apprentices to complete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install heating and air conditioning equipment and other products per company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide project leadership with less experienced HVAC install apprentices to complete projects.
• Ensure safety for self and team members
• Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home.
• Completes all documentation accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interact with homeowners while completing installations; ensure customers understand how to utilize their newly installed systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years as a lead in Residential HVAC installation
• Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Demonstrated ability to build and transition duct work, install indoor/outdoor units
• Ability to lead and coach apprentices on projects
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• EPA 2 Certification Required Universal is Preferred. Nate Certifiedis a Bonus.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $140,000 USD
