Job summary

Heartland Home Service is seeking a lead residential HVAC install technician with 3+ years of experience to manage full system replacements and ensure clean, code-compliant installations. You'll mentor apprentices, communicate professionally with homeowners, and work in a full-time, in-person role with year-round opportunities in a stable company.

Ideal candidates have experience with furnaces, AC, boilers, IAQ, and duct modifications, and value structured processes and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with furnaces, AC, boilers, IAQ, and duct modifications
• Able to mentor apprentices and lead on-site teams
• Excellent communication with homeowners and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations end-to-end (furnaces, AC, boilers, IAQ)
• Ensure clean, organized, code-compliant installations
• Mentor apprentices and helpers on-site
• Coordinate with homeowners, dispatch, and project team
• Maintain safe, efficient job sites with proper time management
