Job summary

Miller Industries oversees the Install Department, supervising frame drilling, electronic, and hydraulic installations. You’ll ensure installations meet specs and production goals while guiding a skilled team on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with common hand tools and measurement instruments; LN software and MS Office suite recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frame drilling, electronic, and hydraulic installation teams.
• Inspect installations for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate materials and labor to meet production schedules.
• Interpret drawings, orders, and policies; enforce safety rules.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate departments.
