Job summary

Miller Industries seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee frame drilling, electronic, and hydraulic installation activities. You will ensure installations meet specifications, requisition materials to meet production goals, and monitor production schedules.

You’ll enforce safety regulations and coordinate with other supervisors to optimize workflows. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 5+ years in related roles; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year Associates Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities of workers engaged in frame drilling, electronic, and hydraulic installation.
• Inspects installations to verify systems function and meet specifications.
• Requisitions materials to meet production goals; studies production schedules.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Coordinates with other supervisors to plan and direct work.
• Maintains time and production records; contributes to methods improvements.
