Your role combines hands-on leadership with field problem-solving; you will mentor installers, drive a company vehicle, and ensure complete documentation and top-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must hold a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment before reporting.
• Assess on-site conditions and plan work order, then assign crew duties.
• Install products and services with support from a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timelines.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service on-site.
• Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and shared with the right parties.
• Supervise the crew and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites daily.
