Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Foreman in Sunnyvale, CA to lead installation crews from start to finish, owning safety, quality, and productivity on every project. You will coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

Successful candidates have strong communication, prior crew leadership experience, and basic construction knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Experience leading crews or small teams is required.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge is necessary.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in the local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before reporting to site.
• Assess conditions on-site; plan and assign duties based on time, tools, and sequence.
• Install products with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Troubleshoot and adapt as needed to meet company standards and schedules.
• Provide customers with quality service while on-site and ensure complete documentation.
• Supervise the crew and train Installers and Co-Foreman on the job.
• Operate company vehicle to and from the job site daily.
