Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Insights Analyst for the Cloud Success Insights Team. The role delivers data-driven insights to empower Cloud Leaders, partnering across CSG to turn complex data into executive-ready guidance. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with business impact and occasional non-standard hours.

You will lead ad-hoc analyses, build predictive models, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for executives, owning projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Degree or equivalent proven experience.
• Strong ad-hoc, deep-dive analyses, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
• Variance, impact and root cause analysis experience.
• Strategic partner to cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across seniority levels.
• Excellent executive presentation skills.
• Extensive experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Expertise in Tableau or Power BI.
• Mentor junior analysts in analytics techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions.
• Build predictive models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
• Conduct variance, impact, and root cause analyses to explain performance drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success and Cloud leadership.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for executives.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem framing through executive presentation.
