Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis, reporting, or CRM/data management.
• Hands-on Salesforce/CRM data management experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce data, dashboards, and reports.
• Analyze data to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop reports, presentations, and other data-driven materials.
• Support surveys, research, and cross-functional data initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Recommend data and process improvements to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on reporting and analytics requirements.
