Salesforce is seeking a Lead Insights Analyst on the Cloud Success Insights Team to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that empower Cloud Leaders. You will provide cross-cloud analytics support and translate complex data into executive-ready guidance.

This high-visibility role requires owning projects end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders, building predictive models, and presenting clear, actionable insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Degree or equivalent proven experience (leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience considered).
• Strong track record of ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses, predictive modeling, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions.
• Build predictive models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
• Conduct variance, impact, and root cause analyses to explain performance drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success and Cloud leadership.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for executives.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem framing to executive presentation.
