The ideal candidate has strong injection molding expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and a track record of establishing efficient processes in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in injection molding operations with troubleshooting experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process controls, cycle times, and material handling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Provide direction and technical support to production personnel across shifts.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance, cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement SOPs within the startup facility.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Tooling to resolve equipment issues.
