Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced In‑Mold Grading (IMG) Supervisor to oversee daily forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations in a start-up manufacturing facility.

This hands-on leader will train employees, establish production procedures, monitor quality and safety, and coordinate shifts to ensure on-time production as the plant moves to full production. The role requires strong leadership, a background in forming presses and bonding processes, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with forming presses, lamination, or related processes.
• Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience with forming press equipment (compression molding, vacuum forming, thermoforming).
• Knowledge of materials used in bonding and wrapping (TPO, films, fabrics).
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and monitor process parameters.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily in-mold grading, forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Coordinate employee assignments, production schedules, and workflow across operations.
• Monitor forming press parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle times) to ensure consistent quality.
• Oversee bonding and wrapping processes, ensuring proper material alignment and adhesion.
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment problems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve challenges.
• Support startup activities, including equipment readiness and standard work procedures.
