Talent With Heart is seeking an Injection Molding Supervisor to lead daily operations in our startup manufacturing facility, spanning first and second shifts. You will drive production readiness, safety, quality, and productivity through hands-on leadership.

You will oversee machine setups, mold changes, and process optimization, troubleshoot defects, train operators, and coordinate with maintenance and tooling to deliver reliable output and continuous improvements.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in injection molding operations.
• Hands-on process troubleshooting and mold changes.
• Experience supervising or leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Familiar with automotive manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production performance, cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the startup facility.
• Troubleshoot molding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and weld lines.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling teams to resolve equipment, robotic, hydraulic, electrical, and mold-related issues.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures, including 5S and LOTO, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
