Connectly Recruiting is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee startup facility operations across first and second shifts. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process establishment, and ongoing improvements to safety, quality, and productivity.

You will manage mold changes, assist with equipment startups, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet production goals in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in injection molding operations with hands-on process troubleshooting and mold changes.
• Supervisory, team lead, or production leadership experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment; excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel across operations.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production performance, cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement SOPs within the startup facility.
