Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related work experience.
• Supervisory experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Administration and management of production systems with focus on KPIs.
• Knowledge in IATF audit processes, ISO 14000, VDA 6.3.
• Basic knowledge of labor regulations and internal work rules.
• Knowledge in training systems.
• Core tools: AMEF, Control Plan, Flowchart, Pareto, 8D.
• JIS systems; Industrial Safety Rules and 5S.
• Excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start with staff in charge and ensure smooth handover.
• Monitor incidents, report, and adjust shift templates.
• Audit and perform first piece release in processes.
• Demonstrate leadership and provide customer service.
• Ensure delivery compliance to customer requirements.
