• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related work experience.
• Supervisory experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Administration and management of production systems with KPI focus.
• Knowledge in IATF Audit processes, ISO 14000, VDA 6.3.
• Basic knowledge of labor regulations and of training systems.
• Core tools: AMEF, Control Plan, Flowchart, Pareto, 8D.
• JIS systems knowledge.
• Industrial Safety Rules and 5S.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start board with staff in charge prior to shift.
• Audit and release first piece in processes; monitor incidents.
• Provide leadership and responsive to change.
• Ensure delivery complies with customer requirements.
• Prepare daily indicators and update operations board.
