Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related work experience.
• Supervisory experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Administration and management of production systems and focus on KPIs objectives.
• Knowledge in IATF Audit processes, ISO 14000, VDA 6.3.
• Basic knowledge in labor regulations and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Shift Start Board with your staff in charge (Top 5) prior to shift.
• Audit and perform first piece release in your processes.
• Lead and respond to incidents and adjust shift templates.
• Monitor production rates and ensure delivery compliance per customer requirements.
• Prepare daily reports of indicators and present results to operations board.
• Notify Superintendent for downtime and coordinate improvement actions.
