Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational certification in Industrial technology, plastics processing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in plastics processing, blow molding, injection molding and computer applications is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct all technical aspects of blow molding processes for sand filters and related products.
• Perform mold, tooling, and color changes following standardized procedures.
• Maintain standard cycle times and operating efficiencies across equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Train operators on quality, safety, and operational procedures.
