J&O Plastics in Rittman, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a second or third shift of an injection molding production team.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to lead employees and production requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with 5S, Lean manufacturing, standard work, and visual management.

Responsibilities

• Direct injection molding production across 45 presses on your shift.
• Execute the production schedule and respond to changing priorities.
• Lead and develop shift staff, ensure safety and quality.
• Investigate downtime and quality issues using root-cause methods (5-Why, 8D, DMAIC).
• Deliver effective handoffs and escalate issues when needed.
