Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience in plastic injection molding.
• Hybrid candidate willing to be on the floor as well as in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead injection molding team and apply knowledge of plastics processing.
• Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and output.
• Respond to problems with corrective technical or mechanical solutions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate them to production staff.
• Evaluate performance, develop the team, and maintain records.
• Make timely production decisions and provide direction.
• Suggest process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering during escalations.
• Understand schedules and priorities and interact with all levels.
