Entegris, Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a Supervisor for Injection Molding to lead daily press operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-schedule performance. You will manage press operators, coordinate across Tooling, Setup, Process Engineering, and Material Handling to drive SQDC outcomes.

The role requires strong workflow management, staffing optimization, and the ability to coach teams toward improved reliability and quality in a 24/7 plastics molding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastics molding, assembly, manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• 3 years of experience developing people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage press operators to ensure safe, efficient, and standardized operation of injection molding machines.
• Drive a strong safety culture by maintaining a visible presence on the production floor and partnering with EHS.
• Coordinate between Tooling, Setup, Process/Engineering and Material Handling teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure presses start and run on time by verifying prerequisites (tooling, setups, materials, staffing).
• Drive accountability for operator standard work, inspections, documentation and escalation.
• Lead Kaizen events and Gemba walks to improve bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Balance labor across presses to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality and throughput.
